Trump Should Ignore Lower Courts
February 11, 2025Vampire-Obsessed Teacher’s Alleged Crimes
A leftist after-school teacher with a vampire obsession stands accused of sexually abusing two young girls in Harlem, New York City. The shocking case exposes a disturbing failure of school officials to protect children from predators, highlighting the urgent need for stricter oversight in educational institutions.
Vampire-Obsessed Teacher’s Alleged Crimes
Miles McNeal, a 26-year-old after-school program teacher, allegedly engaged in horrific acts of sexual abuse against young students. His online persona promoted communist propaganda and vampire fetishism.

The lawsuit claims McNeal touched and photographed children’s naked bodies, forced them into sexual positions, and showed them explicit images of other minors. He reportedly threatened the victims to remain silent about the abuse.
School’s Negligence Exposed
Staff and supervisors at PS185 and its after-school program allegedly failed to enforce rules that could have prevented the abuse. McNeal was found alone with a second-grader in a compromising position but received only a one-day suspension.
The lawsuit accuses school officials of enabling the abuse by allowing McNeal to remove children from class frequently. Monica Vargas, a staff member related to McNeal, allegedly facilitated his behavior by gathering personal information from children.
Legal Action and Aftermath
McNeal was arrested on February 1, 2024, and charged with sexually abusing an eight-year-old girl. Authorities found 52 electronic devices in his possession, raising concerns about the extent of his alleged crimes.
“They perfectly well knew that the person who was abusing the kids was taking them into rooms by himself almost every day, and their tacit approval of this behavior is abominable and speaks to the lack of care and vigilance to protect vulnerable children”
The lawsuit, filed in Manhattan Federal Court, seeks unspecified damages and highlights the trauma experienced by the victims. Parents expressed outrage at a closed-door meeting on February 8, leading to the reassignment of the school’s principal and parent coordinator.
