Lara Trump (born Lara Lea Yunaska on October 12, 1982) is an American television producer, political advisor, and advocate. She is best known for being the wife of Eric Trump, the third child of  U.S. President Donald Trump. Lara is also a prominent figure in Republican circles and has played significant roles in Donald Trump’s political campaigns. Lara was born in Wilmington, North Carolina. She studied at North Carolina State University, earning a degree in Communications, and later attended the French Culinary Institute in New York City.

Lara Trump is my favorite Trump outside of Donald in the entire family. The woman is smart, sexy, and has mad communication skills. I like her a lot. However, Lara did not grow up in Florida, and she doesn’t even live in the Sunshine State. Making her the Senator from Florida is just the wrong move for her and Florida. Ron DeSantis should appoint himself as Senator of Florida. It is legal to do so and it makes perfect sense. Ron is from Florida and nobody fits the bill to become Florida’s next Senator to replace Marco Rubio more than Ron himself. Anyone Ron would appoint to that position would be less qualified than Ron himself.

DeSantis knows Florida, hell, he won the state championship in baseball as a kid growing up in the state, Ron is Florida. I have heard and read many critiques on Ron DeSantis and his form of governing. Never-Trumpers and Conservatives do not understand Ron’s form of governance. First off, stop wishing Ron DeSantis is conservative, he is, in fact, a populist. Ron is not a traditional small-government type. The governor uses the government to slap back Progressivism and all of its ilk.

Instead of standing on a political mountain complaining about how big government has taken over everything, Ron takes that same-sized government and turns it against his political enemies. That primary that the Republican had does not reflect negatively upon Ron DeSantis, but rather some unfinished business MAGA had with President Donald Trump. Once the Trump era is over Ron DeSantis would be a better torchbearer than J.D. Vance or any other Republican politician.

Ron DeSantis did the impossible, he flipped the bluest counties in all of Florida. Ron DeSantis won Dade and Palm Beach County which for a Republican was unimaginable. The man is the perfect choice to replace Rubio, despite our love for Lara and the Trump family. Florida does not need carpetbaggers from our side, the state is full of capable politicians. Those who keep saying Ron is great but it is not his time are running out of time. Florida needs a proficient and effective Senator who not only knows the state but is from it.
