When the word gaslighting started getting popular I had to go look it up. At the time I had no idea what the new lexiconical fad was. Despite carrying myself as a wordsmith, I had to learn a new word, which is the fun stuff of wordsmithing. So, I found this information in my research.

“Gaslighting is a form of psychological abuse or manipulation in which the abuser attempts to sow self-doubt and confusion in their victim’s mind. Typically, gaslighters are seeking to gain power and control over the other person, by distorting reality and forcing them to question their judgment and intuition.”

It had a very Orwellian vibe to me, so I dug deeper into the word and its meanings. “Gaslighting is a colloquialism, defined as manipulating someone into questioning their perception of reality. The expression, which derives from the title of the 1944 film Gaslight, became popular in the mid-2010s. Merriam-Webster cites deception of one’s memory, perception of reality, or mental stability.”

This word is the PERFECT term to describe the Democrat Convention in Chicago. Almost every word spoken from the podium was false and or misleading. Fact-checkers will go on sabbatical when a Democrat is making grandiose proclamations at big events. However, if just one fact-checker watched the convention in the Windy City their head would have exploded. Up is down, down is up, it was the most specious political dizzying house of mirrors one could possibly walk through.

It was the last call for the old political dinosaurs. The Democrat Party marched out all of the ghosts of the past. Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and the Obamas all marked time for the old Democrat Party. So, far the Democrat Party’s convention has been a walk down memory lane with old faces and stale old chants and mantras. Day 3 of the convention will start the pivot towards the new Democrat Party taken over by the Progressives.

The new Democrat Party does not hide their rapacious intentions, they are coming for you. They are coming for your jobs with DEI, they are coming for your kid’s gender, and they are bringing with them their vision of a fundamental change in America. The horror show that will unfold in their hands is A Progressive Moon Shot to the Stars.

I’ll say it over and over again, this trans-agenda is a grotesque public contagion that is spreading throughout Progressive circles. It is a mind virus that has blown into pandemic-like power over left-leaning exploitable minds. This ideology that has taken root in the heads of the easily influenced Democrat lemmings includes some real bizarre oddities. They are in the child destruction business plain and simple. Progressives are at war with women, children, and families. Even the Supreme Court has recently slapped back these pernicious ideas and concepts, now the voters have to.

Progressives will use a Marxist, Socialist, and Communist political trampoline to thrust Progressivism into the American ethos. The Democrats are the gaslighters and they want the power. Get in their way, and you’ll be bankrupted and or jailed, these people have a plan, just ask Trump’s associates. The moderates of the Democrat Party lost their grip, and the Progressives grabbed control. It will be the gaslighting extravaganza of all time if they win the White House. George Orwell would be proud. The Nineteen Eighty-Four fictional language of Newspeak will make Oceania come alive in the 21^st Century.
