April 23, 2025Ashley Biden’s Charity Under Fire for $500K Tax Discrepancy
Ashley Biden, daughter of former President Joe Biden, is facing a growing firestorm over serious financial misconduct involving her nonprofit organization, Women’s Wellness Spa(ce). A formal IRS complaint filed by the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) alleges the charity failed to disclose nearly half a million dollars in donations—a move that could trigger a major federal investigation.
Did Ashley Biden Commit Perjury?
According to the NLPC, the nonprofit failed to report two massive donations in 2023—$250,000 from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Archewell Foundation, and another $250,000 from the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. Despite receiving $500,000, tax filings signed by Ashley Biden reported only $170,296 in contributions.
Even more alarming—Ashley Biden signed those documents under penalty of perjury. Paul Kamenar, counsel for the NLPC, didn’t hold back:
“Ashley Biden’s failure to disclose $500,000 raises the question of what other contributions she is hiding.”
Archewell’s Role Raises Political Red Flags
The Archewell Foundation’s donation—its largest grant of 2023—is sparking questions about political favoritism and influence-peddling. The NLPC believes Prince Harry and Meghan may be attempting to ingratiate themselves with the Biden family, noting the highly suspicious timing and scale of the donation.
Meanwhile, the nonprofit’s accountant, Greg Mangasarian, attempted damage control, claiming the group would “report the balance in 2024.” But that excuse doesn’t fly—the group uses accrual accounting, which legally requires them to report funds when pledged, not when received.

IRS Pressure Builds
This isn’t the only red flag. Ashley Biden also claimed to work 40 hours per week for the nonprofit—while traveling internationally and engaging in other commitments. She also failed to disclose board members, as required by law.
The NLPC is demanding the IRS launch a full-scale audit:
“The IRS must depose Ashley Biden and uncover what happened to the $250,000 from Archewell.”

With minimal online presence and an Instagram page serving as the charity’s primary communication channel, critics are asking: Is this a real nonprofit—or a shell for elite influence and favoritism?
Ashley Biden may soon have to answer whether she knowingly submitted false tax documents—a potential federal crime carrying serious penalties.
