February 14, 2025Time For Pam Bondi To Get Going
One Democrat after the other is calling for violence and inciting people to take to the streets and fight. Donald Trump was impeached and arrested over telling a crowd to “peacefully and patriotically” make their voice heard by marching down to the Captial. Right now the left is going way past Trump’s words and asking for violence from the pulpit, from press conferences, and online. What is Pam Bondi waiting for? In the United States, several federal laws target inciting violence and starting a riot. The primary ones include:
- 18 U.S. Code § 2101 – Riots:
This law makes it a federal crime to incite or participate in a riot. A riot is defined as a public disturbance involving an act of violence by one or more persons, and it can be triggered when at least three people engage in violent behavior. The law covers the act of inciting others to riot, participating in a riot, or using force or threats to influence others to participate.
Penalties: If convicted, an individual could face up to 5 years in prison. In cases where the person incites a riot involving dangerous weapons, the penalty could increase.
- 18 U.S. Code § 231 – Civil Disorders:
This law prohibits the use of force or violence to obstruct the enforcement of federal laws or the proper execution of government functions, including preventing police officers from carrying out their duties. It’s often used to address disturbances that interfere with the operations of federal government offices or agencies.
Penalties: The penalty can be up to 5 years in prison, depending on the severity of the actions.
- 18 U.S. Code § 373 – Solicitation to Commit a Crime of Violence:
This law makes it a crime to knowingly solicit, command, or encourage another person to engage in violence, including acts of rioting or other violent crimes.
Penalties: This can lead to a prison sentence of up to 5 years.
- 18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or Insurrection:
While broader than riots, this statute addresses acts of rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the U.S. government, and those who incite or assist in such acts can face significant penalties. This could apply in cases where individuals are attempting to overthrow or violently oppose government authority.
Penalties: The penalties include up to 10 years in prison and possible loss of citizenship.
- 18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious Conspiracy:
This statute targets individuals who conspire to overthrow the government or use force to prevent the execution of U.S. laws. It’s particularly relevant for those who work together to incite violence with the goal of disrupting the functioning of the federal government.
Penalties: Conviction can lead to up to 20 years in prison.
- 18 U.S. Code § 245 – Federally Protected Activities:
This law criminalizes the use of force or threats of force to interfere with certain federally protected activities, including voting, jury service, employment, or participation in public accommodations. It could apply if violence or threats of violence are used to disrupt such activities.
Penalties: Penalties may include up to 1 year in prison, or longer if a weapon is used or the violation is committed on a larger scale.
These laws exist to prevent public disorder, protect the safety of individuals and property, and preserve public peace. Those convicted of inciting violence or starting riots could face both criminal penalties and civil liabilities. Pam Bondi needs to get as busy as Donald Trump and start doing her job at breakneck speed. She needs to keep up with Trump and the people voicing threats toward folks who are doing nothing but auditing the federal government’s money.
The hysteria over Trump and Musk going through government spending is pointing out who the bad guys are. They are not hard to find, they are out in the open with no worries of Pam Bondi as they threaten Republicans. The people who are screaming about DOGE are the bad actors here. These malcontents must benefit from all of the fraud and waste that is being uncovered. Who else could be against shrinking the government and getting Uncle Sam out of our wallets? Time for Pam to thunder her very own Shock and awe and start hauling these people to jail.
