Trump is a man who respects the courts in all venues. Whether it would be some local prosecutor somewhere or some civil lawsuit, Trump always gave legitimacy to all courts by showing up and even abiding by unconstitutional gag orders. However, this adherence to the rule of law, despite leftists claiming Trump breaks the law, is also his downfall and unfortunately Donald’s Achilles Heel. The left uses his obedience to the law as a weapon to stall or destroy Trump’s elected mandate.

These lower courts filled with liberal activist judges are working against the will of the voters to stop the president from carrying out his agenda. The path to the Supreme Court takes way too much time and the “American Marxist Left” takes advantage of this by delaying what the voter sent Trump to Washington to do. Knowing Trump has only one term and less than four years to go and not understanding that MAGA is NOT a lame duck, the Democrats believe they can wait America First’s policies out so they can go back to their globalist and progressive nature.

The only way I see out of this is for Trump to publicly say that he does not acknowledge the authority of these chicanerous lower courts and demand that the Supreme Court take up the issue of whether a president can run the Executive Branch any way they see fit. The high court must rule that these activist lower courts have no authority when the president declares a national emergency at the border. We have to know whether or not the American voter has a say at the ballot box or whether judicial courts at any level rule the presidency therefore nullifying tens of millions of voters. Joe Biden ignored the Supreme Court on student loans, immigration, and other stuff. America must know what kind of government we have in practicality; the political litigiousness of progressivism clouds that evident truth.
