The FBI has been weaponized against Americans. There are three critical reforms that must be made if there is to be any hope in restoring law and order at the agency.

1. Reform FISA to protect the civil liberties of Americans.
2. Decentralize the FBI’s power.
3. The FBI should be subject to better oversight, including stricter audits, stronger whistleblower protections, and tougher punishment for abusers.
