All this chatter about some new public health plan that includes taxpayer-funded abortion is the perfect way to make sure nothing is done. There is nothing more divisive and no better way to destroy any chance of healthcare reform than to try something like this. It is bad enough that the Obama Administration made it possible to fund abortions in foreign countries through our foreign aide. However, to impose taxpayer-funded abortions on the country, when half the country is against this killing, makes it impossible for us to get along. There is no way half of this country will sit back and allow politicians to make us complicit in such an evil act. In addition, there is no better way to assure the death of healthcare reform.
What are these people thinking? This is why we need a check and balance system in government, to prevent one political party just slamming the rest of us with their out of control ideology. Enough is enough. We need to destroy this party’s hold on power at the ballot box. We must vote Republican in 2010 to reinstate a balance of power that is so clearly needed in Washington DC.
Sixty senators is too much power for any party. We need to look at our local House and Senate races next year as a national thing. One party cannot be allowed to run ruff shod over the entire country with their rapine plans. This is very important to understand. This is succinctly too much power for one party. It makes us feel as if we live under a dictatorship, like some third world country. The only way to have a balance of the people’s voice is to spread the power around. We have to keep this in mind with next year’s elections.
The damage that might be done to this country while the Democrats hold this kind of power could last generations. Your vote in 2010, no matter where you stand politically, is the only chance to put this all in check. It is the only way people who respect life and babies can fight back against this anathema.
Abortion is not some enlightened view of people of high intellect; it is barbaric. It is barbaric because of its application alone. American women are using it as a form of birth control! They hide behind the less than one percent of women who claim rape or incest as their mantra to have a right to choose. It is an intellectual shell game and it is dishonest. I’ll say it again. It is not much to ask American women to use an earlier form of birth control.
The Muslim birth rate taking over the demographics of the world proves this is a flawed policy of self-extinction. You can’t argue the numbers or the axiom that America would be better off today if those tens of millions of human beings were not murdered. Hell, the tax revenue alone from the lives that never had a chance could have been used to contribute to our society. All those aborted babies in the tens of millions could have helped us when the baby boomers hit in full retirement. How in hell can anyone argue against that logic and those raw numbers?
Nothing less than the consciousness of a nation is on the line. Our respect for life and balance of power, tippy toes on the freedom fence; where we fall on this will define who we are.
